Hillary, I love how you said "If you look on the internet, it seems like Christmas has already happened" OMG- that could not be more accurate! The retail world wants to induce a stress frenzy where people feel like they need to run out and rush, rush, rush and buy, buy, buy in order for it to "feel" like Christmas. Love your forethought in not asking the girls what they want for Christmas! School/friend influences may come eventually, so it's great to keep it simple for as long as possible. :)

I think a good idea for ornaments for Luke would be cars/trucks. There are so many cute vintage ones! I believe your husband works on cars so that would be something they share.

My daughter works for the USPS, and her job is killer this time of year. She works 12-hour-days, 6 days a week. Yesterday she handled 6, 000 parcels. And yes, she is a Wife, Mother, Daughter, too. ❤️

I love that you don’t go overboard on gifts. Christmas is not about the gifts.

I love your Christmas gift attitude. The ballet is a beautiful thing to do with your daughter and the doll clothes will be so fun to go along with it. The ornament collection for each child is such a good idea. So sweet.
