We're focusing on full body strength & conditioning with repeats, so we'll feel the extra burn in all our muscles. 😈 I will be incorporating lots of core movements like always, because it's important for our over all fitness, strength and health. 🙏🏻

Another amazing workout ! I loved all the combound exercises and with repeat you could really feel the burn. But the pace was enough to keep my heart pumping and energy up.
