Hey look, I finally finished my first Norse Mythology video. So hopefully eveyone's still talking about God of War and I can ride that wave...

Thanks to Adam B from Ludohistory for helping me with my research. Check out his channel!

The best thing about Loki’s children is that they wouldn’t have had the power or motivation to kill the Aseir without Odin imprisoning or getting rid off them

Loki: Nothing bad will happen to Baldur *yet*

I would super love to see one where you talk about that time Loki turned into a sexy mare to lure away a giant's stallion so Odin didn't have to pay for construction. And then Female-Horse-Loki gave birth to an eight-legged horse that became Odin's steed!

Edited to fix number of legs from six to eight. Thanks for the correction, folks!

Don’t forget about how the two gods who have the most material problems gave birth to the goddess of fertility

I like how you skipped over the part where not only did Tyr lose one hand to one magical monster demon hound (Fenrir), he is also destined to be killed by another magical monster demon hound (Garm) at Ragnarök. We can safely assume he was a cat person.

Ngl Fenrir’s Story in the original Mythos makes me actually sad, poor doggo, at least it has a ‘happy’ ending, where absolutely nothing happened to Balder

The growing concern on Tyr as Fenrir grows up 🤣

Excellent video, you’re such a boss at these.

Don't worry folks, remember; Baldur is blessed with invulnerability to all threats, physical or magical.

2:38 I like how he casually roasts himself and the viewers with the bg

I often hope Tyr felt as sad as Fenrir about tying him up, because from what I read, he and the wolf were really close friends, like man and dog. I like to imagine, after the chaos of ragnarok, Fenrir forgives Tyr in the godly afterlife, and they vege out together.

0:07 Norse mythology was not really a thing in Finland, as there was another mythology. J.R.R. Tolkien actually took some inspiration from this mythology.

The fact that he include " your sex life " as requirements of dwarves by making Gleipnir makes me cry 🤧
