I started walking and jogging 3 weeks ago and was feeling strange pain like my legs are stretched and it really helped me.
Before this video I was just randomly massaging my leg but don't work
I also do standard plank and able to hold 1min 45sec. But it causes pain in my soldiers and I just can't do any exercise for 5 minutes . I do 15 pushups 2 sets.
I also use hand gripper and it really made my hand muscles slowly but surely
