Water, rest, EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE, spend time in the sun, meditate, and BRUSH BRUSH BRUSH !!!! Use essential oils ... stay motivated and stay positive!! AND  ALWAYS GET SUPPORT ... all great info!!

i had lots of acné, n when i started the diet i got i Little bit better n then so bad, i had acné where i never did beffore, but i stuck to it n now im acné free, but it take 3 months for me, anyway i feel so much better now in every way

It is very hard to start the detox process, but once you push yourself though the detox stage, it does feel amazing!

The second I discovered YOU +FullyRawKristina I noticed INSTANTLY the AURA of awesomeness and then I noticed your skin and hair. I became super emotional my first month of going raw. Very sensitive and loving. I guess a cruelty free diet will do that to ya!

I was just wondering if you could do a video explaining why grains are not good for the body. I'm 100% vegan but I eat cooked grains all the time and I don't know if they are bad for me . like this so she can see it

I got headache when I stopped eating sugar. It was terrible. When I went vegan I didn't experince detox :)
