i’m 16 and 5’6 and my goal is to be able to get my upper body over the volleyball net so i can get better spikes and jump serves hopefully this quarantine is helpful

Hi I have been working on my jumping skills for the last 4 months. Today was my first day of touching the rim with my fingers. I can't believe that I got this far. I have been doing it everything you showed right to the T. When I was 65 I started a vigorous program of exercise. I now work out for about 4 hours a day everything from push-ups sit-ups pull-ups weights running etc
. Now 13 years have gone by and I am 78. My Goal is too dunk by March 1st. I will keep you posted but again thanks for all the help Take care stay safe
