This GSRP Level 6 workout continues to challenge core strength, balance and coordination. This is a forward progression from rehabilitation exercises toward regular exercises as it includes the introduction to plyometrics-based exercises. This whole body core-centric functional workout integrates every movement of the spine with a variety of isotonic and isometric exercises targeting the deepest muscles of the spine and major joints, challenging both slow and fast twitch fibres. Over time, GSRP workouts lead to better skeletal alignment, and more balanced muscular recruitment patterns.
