I remind the teens in my clinic that there’s a reason that their are forms of torture modeled around sleep deprivation. Sleep hygiene is crucial! Great video. I have done a short one which touches on sleep.

This video finally reminded me that I should sleep instead of going on Instagram, YouTube, Wattpad, Discord, and Wikihow. I can do those during the day instead and I won't be bored in the night anyway.
