I’m concussed, these might be dumb questions but: Are the “nodes” any computer connected to the internet? or are they computers that have “agreed” to scatter data requests (like other computers that have TOR downloaded)? and why do the nodes automatically scatter the data requests? could you for some reason have a node that doesn’t continue on the chain of data requests, and ends the request chain from the initial computer (so for example, if someone tries visiting a website and the request is being scattered through different nodes, a certain node stops transferring on the request, making it so the first computer can’t visit the website)?
