One mistake I made for years is drinking iced drinks while eating, and drinking too much liquid. I've read that too much liquid during a meal can dilute stomach acids and hinder digestion. And, the coldness of the beverage can chill digestive organs interfering with digestion...I only drink a little water when eating, seems to help.
