Let's talk about ways to relieve tooth pain while waiting for an appointment with your dentist!

Wondering how to stop tooth pain fast? If you have a toothache, home remedies will help get you by until you can see a dentist. While some home remedies for toothache symptoms are safe and effective, others can do more harm than good.

Knowing how to calm an irritated tooth nerve can mean the difference in having to take off from work or cut your vacation short. Depending on what your toothache symptoms are, some home remedies will work better than others. Even if you find one that works, it’s essential that you still see a dentist. Why? Prayers to whoever is watching this. Tooth pain has had me on my knees for the last two days. Listerine seems to help but only a minute.

I've had severe back pain, knee pain, foot pain, the flu, COVID, food poisoning, sunburn, an earache, etc. & none of that compares to a toothache!

If only dentistry was affordable, more people would be going rather than seeking at-home relief 🤷🏻‍♀️ thanks for the tips 😊

These are things that worked for me while I was in pain
1.warm saltwater
2. Ibuprofen (sometimes)
3. Orajel and other numbing ointments
4. Ice
5. Do not lay down flat sleep with your head elevated
6. Gargle the infected area with hydrogen peroxide as this will help with popping by the abscess after the tooth abscess has popped you will fill INSTANT RELIEF
However none of these are permanent solutions you need antibiotics like amoxicillin and you must have the tooth pulled or a root canal or some form of dental work done if you are reading this and are in pain I wish you the best I know how much it hurts

I had a toothache once and had to wait 3 days for an appointment. I had to sleep standing up against a wall for 3 nights as the pain was horrendous when lying down. I was so tired and also had to work. I was the happiest person around when I came out the dentist with the root canal done and no more pain. Thanks for another great video. My dental routine is so good now thanks to your videos.

The craziest thing about dentists is that no matter what pain you're in, they're always busy and you have to wait so long until you see a dentist.

I tried the warm salt water method, the pain ceased like it wasn’t even there. For that, thank you so much!
Before that method, I was taking pain meds, cooling off my cheek and even shoving a medicine ball into the infected area (there’s a stomachache medicine in my country that also helps with toothaches when put into the infected tooth or gum region), which all worked for a few minutes but then the pain returned like a storm. Can’t wait for the appointment tomorrow to get the problem fixed, I miss getting decent sleep.

It was a rough night that's all I call say. Tried a few home remedies and they worked for maybe 3 minutes before the pain came back stronger. Looking forward to seeing my dentist. Thanks for sharing these solutions.
