Just completed Iron Wolf July challenge. Started at 100 a day, mid month upgraded to 300 a day, and july 31st, i did 555 one pump burpees!!!! Best shape ive been in, in a while.

Just started doing 50 burpees (with push up) per day with for 30 days. Going on day 6 and I'm already noticing some improvements in strength and stamina. Can't wait to see how I feel by day 30!

Burpees is actually a very good workout not just for bodyweight exercises but i also use most part of your body and tests your stamina

I've been working out for years, but I never put cardio in my exercise. I’m muscular have abs and everything, but I wanted to lose some belly fat so my abs could be more prominent and defined. And man I tell you I thought I was in shape, but I nearly almost died when I did 10 of these in a row plus I never sweat, but these had my entire face and chest covered after those 10. Guess I'm going to keep these in my workout permanently.
