So when it comes to meal prep you eat this for lunch or dinner? And is this the only meal you eat? Can you have multiple servings? I want to be healthier but I don’t know how to start.

Delicious. Snowed in today and don't have ground beef of ground turkey. Used boneless skinless chicken thighs instead.
