I'm surprised nobody has listed the recipe in the comments yet, so I'll be that guy this time.

Ingredients:
112 grams onion, diced
448 grams 96% lean ground beef
3 grams chili powder, 3 grams cumin, 3 grams garlic powder, 3 grams salt, 3 grams pepper mixed together in bowl
33 grams tomato paste
455 grams canned kidney beans, drained
420 grams (should be 1 full can) diced tomatoes (he used no salt added)
294 grams beef broth
244 grams tomato sauce

Instructions:
1. spray pot with non-stick spray, add diced onion and cook on medium heat until they soften a little bit (about 5 minutes).
2. Toss in the ground beef. Break it up and cook it until beef is browned.
3. Once meat is browned, add tomato paste and seasonings. Stir and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Add kidney beans, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and tomato sauce. Stir together.
5. Set the stove top to high heat and bring the mixture to a boil. Once it reaches a boil, set the heat to medium and let simmer for 20-25 minutes, until it reaches desired thickened consistency.

This is a very tasty meal. Thanks Remington! You are the man! I did a double batch and here are my notes:

Makes 5 servings

Ingredients:
• Chopped White Onion
• 2 lbs. 96% Lean Ground Beef
• Chili Powder
• Cumin
• Garlic Powder
• Salt
• Pepper
• Tomato Paste
• Canned Beans
• Canned Diced Tomatoes
• Canned Tomato Sauce
• Fat-free cheddar cheese

Instructions:
1. Spray a large caldron (pot) with non-stick and set to medium heat
2. Pour 224 grams of chopped white onion into caldron and cook until they soften
3. Add 996 grams of Lean Ground Beef
4. Add chili seasoning or make your own (3g Chili Powder, 3g Cumin, 3g Garlic Powder, 3g Salt, 3g Pepper)
5. Add 44 grams of tomato paste and stir to combine
6. Add 910 grams of kidney or chili beans that have been drained and washed
7. Pour in 840 grams of canned diced tomatoes (with liquid)
8. Pour in 588 grams of beef broth
9. Pour in 488 grams of canned tomato sauce
10. Bring to a boil on high. Then lower heat to medium low and simmer 20-25 minutes until desired thickness is reached
11. Split into 5 meal prep containers and separate one package of Kraft fat-free cheddar cheese across all of them

677 calories, 12g Fat, 77g Protein, 66g Carbs, 16g Fiber

Finally got around to making this. It was absolutely delicious; my family thought so too.
I served it with fat free cheddar and a dollop of fat-free, no sugar Greek yogurt (seriously, use this instead of sour cream).
I made it as a double batch and used 93% beef that I browned in a separate pan and drained (grocery didn't have 97%). I also added 6g smoked paprika to the spices, because I could. The chili powder only gives it a mild heat, so if you want spicy chili, I suggest adding some cayenne (or jalapenos, if you feel like buying and prepping them).

I’ve had this 3 nights in a row and being at university made me want a proper home cooked tasting meal. This is incredible and will be making it weekly as it tastes just as good as regular chilli

Turkey Chili has been in my diet for years. I also make lentil soup which a very good source of plant based protein/fiber. Adding Siracha makes it 10x better

Just made this today - another excellent recipe! The only thing I did different was add some sweet peppers, calories are negligible but adds a nice layer of flavor. Keep the low calorie, anabolic recipes coming!
