Cut out the omega-6 and you will not need as much omega-3... they never tell you that part.

you need omega 6s also. hempseed is the best because they provides both 3s and 6s

I've been using things such as chia seeds, flax seeds & hemp seeds to get in everything I need & take a prenatal as well.

Unfortunately most Omega-3 products do not contain strong anti-oxidants which are Poliphenoles. The best source of Omega-3 comes from Zinzino company. They also support there product with tests before and after to proove how effective there Omega-3 is in just 120 days.
