I'm not terribly convinced. I definitely get lots of omega 3 because I love seafood.

My DHA is 525 mg and epa is 105 MG's. Is that enough daily? It is 1050mg total anchovy fish oil. Should I take more? Like 2 gel caps a day rather than the recommended 1? Thank you! I do eat 3-4 canned sardines in olive oil maybe 3 times a week as well

I love how a majority of the comments are just on her appearance.

You didn't mention what they actually do for your body and why a person would want to ingest them. You are only saying that they are good and that a person should eat a lot of fish. Not very informative.

Hemp and Omega-3
Approximately 44% of the weight of hempseed is edible oils, containing about 80% essential fatty acids (EFAs); e.g., linoleic acid, omega-6 (LA, 55%), alpha-linolenic acid, omega-3 (ALA, 22%), in addition to gamma-linolenic acid, omega-6 (GLA, 1–4%) and stearidonic acid, omega-3 (SDA, 0–2%). The proportions of linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid in one tablespoon (15 ml) per day of hemp oil easily provides human daily requirements for EFAs.

Anyone can say anything on the internet. With the subject matter I know well there is more bad information than good. How do I know what your saying is based on solid science?

With hemp seed and hemp seed oil there is no threat of mercury poisoning.

Flaxseed and Chia seeds. Neither of those are nuts and they are good sources for Omega-Thrizzle.
