Thank you so much! I'm an RN of 25 years. I've been disillusioned with big pharma for a decade but was still under the spell that physicians were really doing a good job. The covid fiasco really kicked that into overdrive. I now understand there is a medical industrial complex. Oh, and by the way - I'm type 2. I'm on tresiba, Jardine & metformin.

I've been lazy, I have a sugar addiction. I've always questioned the *saturated fat is bad* because my Nana cooked with bacon grease AT LEAST two meals per day and lived to 98 yrs old. While I don't know her *lab* results regarding cholesterol & triglycerides, I know she didn't have the *typical* cardiovascular demise modern medicine scares us with to manipulate us. That also goes for my Pop, my mother, and myself (so far).

I'm fasting - starting today. I ordered the mineral supplement because I know that our diet has been compromised by the big agricultural complex.

Now I have the important job of teaching my children how to eat - thank you for educating yourself and sharing what you know.

Our bodies are miraculous and phenomenal. We will never fully understand it. I think we are at a point that we know enough to be dangerous. I KNOW that research studies are not the be all end all I used to believe they were because during covid it became painfully obvious that researchers need funding and if they go against the *complex* they don't get funding. Plus I also learned some physicians ARE evil and bought off.

Painful realizations but required to grow and change. Again, THANK YOU.

Correcting an essential fatty acids deficiency completely alleviated lifelong depression! It was a bit late for the arthritis, as I’ve had my hips replaced. But I am hoping to turn the inflammation around with the proper diet!

Hi Ken, I'm 60. I keep seeing all these hyped up doctors in uniform shouting all sorts of health battle cries for the next greatest health benefit of the day. The latest is Amino acids for seniors, weight loss, muscle gain, and so forth. Can you do a video about what those over 60 can do to best improve their health? Exercises that can actually help over 60 atrophy candidates, foods, etc.... Thanks

I ate lot of flax seeds but I think I didn't convert very well, I had chapped lips all the time, insomnia, depression. Started supplementing with algae oil wich has 600mg DHA and 300mg EPA and after 2-3 weeks my chapped lips are gone and I sleep through the night.

Ok, my mind is blown, I have these issues, and while doing a keto diet reduced them I still have them sometimes. Going to eat more salmon and tuna.

I had all of these conditions on a mostly vegetarian diet with some fish occasionally. Been ketovore for 2 1/2 years now eating less fish but more ruminants all the conditions have cleared. I’m 63 yo and feel better than when I was in my 30s. Never coming off “the proper human diet”, thank you Dr Berry.

Many health care providers keep telling me "It has been shown fish oil supplements do not help with cardiac problem." I tell them they are good for several other things, and I do not believe taking the supplements is that much inferior to eating oily fish. They give me the stink eye, but I know I am better informed than most of them.

I had joint pain for years, now quit eating bread and vegetable oils, started omega 3 and ts getting a bit better, at least I can lift weights now without getting into joint pain next day. Back to сало, my ancestrial food.

Omega 3:6 is good in canola oil. I request you to correct that in the video.
Also, we can eat mustard oil that we Indians have been eating for thousands of years by now and I know that it's banned in some parts of the world

I tried Mackerel Patties for the 1st time after watching this. They taste similar to Salmon Patties or even have a milder flavor. And the can of Mackerel was only $1 at the Dollar Store.
