Saving repentance is realizing that you are a sinner deserving of God's just punishment in Hell and turn (repent) from whatever you trusted in before, if indeed you trusted in anything; to trusting in the person and finished work of Christ alone for salvation.

Paul says in I cor. 12:13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. Who does the baptizing? How does He water baptize if that is what is referred to here. Salvation from I Peter 3:21, The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God, ) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ: Noah was spared water baptism ( God's judgement on the world ) by being sealed in the ark, types and shadows, of Christ, by the Holy Spirit. We are sealed by the Holy Spirit today. Ephesians 4:30, And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. We are sealed into the body of Christ like Noah was a type or shadow of. Salvation is our being baptized into the body of Christ. Just like Peter said not the washing away the filth of the flesh.

You said there is only one baptism. Ephesians 4:5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism, Yet Hebrews 6:2 Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. Clearly there is more then one. Baptisms is in the plural. I Cor. 12:13 is a real baptism, yet Christians are not dipped into water and the baptizer is the Holy Spirit not a believer. How many different types of baptisms are there? I believe the Bible speaks of 7, reference book Naves topical. Does Eph. 4:5 speak of type of baptism or the one that saves us? Scholars have debated over this for many years and still there is no clear answer. Arguments on both sides of the question still leave no definite solution one over the other. It seems clear that you would like people to believe and get baptized. Noble. What if they trusted in, clang to and relied in Jesus as savior and Lord, and were to get Baptized when the went home so their parents could be there. when does their relationship to Jesus start?
