Last tip: Eat fiber (vegetables) first! before carbohydrates. This will buffer out the spike in blood sugar.

Reduce saturated fat intake resulting with improved insulin sensitivity.
Coming from a type 1 diabetic (since 19 years) for whom it did wonders.
Stable glucose levels, lowered insulin intake, increased carbohydrates in my diet, including fruits which I was previously avoiding.
Managing glucose levels became way easier.

Only thi g here that is good advice is go for a walk.
