Yes! I did it! It was slightly difficult but I can do the forward fold with both palms on the floor and I managed to do every move. Guess my hamstrings aren't as tight as I thought and that makes me happy. Thanks again for this and I'm adding this to my playlist

Hi Adee! This was a beautiful practice & just the kind of practice I needed for my sore hamstrings. Really loved the different stretches using the blocks & I was finally able to get my entire psalms down on the mat at the end of the practice in the forward fold.
