📌 Fix Tight Hamstrings FOR GOOD! (Stop Stretching)
Tired of feeling like your hamstrings are always tight, no matter how much you stretch? The problem might not be flexibility—it could be something else entirely. In this video, I’ll show you why your hamstrings feel tight and take you through the best exercises to solve the root cause of the issue.

🔍 Why Are My Hamstrings Tight?
Tight hamstrings are a common complaint, but stretching alone often doesn’t fix the problem. That’s because tightness is frequently a symptom, not the cause. Weakness, poor posture, or even nerve tension can make your hamstrings feel tight, even if they’re not actually short or inflexible.

🤔 Tight Hamstrings And Anterior Pelvic Tilt
Did you know that tight hamstrings are often linked to anterior pelvic tilt? When your pelvis tilts forward, it pulls on your hamstrings, creating tension that feels like tightness. Correcting this posture imbalance is essential to relieving that constant tightness and discomfort in the back of your legs.

🏋️ Best Exercises To Fix Tight Hamstrings
Instead of endlessly stretching, focus on strengthening your hamstrings and improving your pelvic alignment. In this video, I’ll guide you through targeted exercises that address the underlying causes of tight hamstrings. These moves are simple, effective, and easy to do at home!

Cause 2 - Glute Weakness
