I have also same like this dog and she is 4 year old and she gives birth 7 dogs and my dog kedney fail doctor said she have only 1 month but after next day she gone and baby dogs not get proper feed and one one day they also gone 😢😢😢😢

That's really fake, sorry bro.
First of all, the first one a few months older than one month. One month has much puppier looks and not that full grown coat, and shiny eyes.
The first one can grow into the second
the third is different dog, full grown pom(poms have monkey stage at that age, and that one had full coat)
the fourth is a complete different breed, different dog.
It's unpossible for that first to be that big(the forth) when full grown
A four month pom cannot have a that much of a thick coat, and cannot be that fully grown in size.
Also, the first third(different dogs) have pretty thick coats. The last one dosent have that.

I have a white pomeranian and he turned 1 in June and he is NOT that flipping big. He is the size of the 4 month one.
