I did my first muscle-up when I first achieved 5 chest to bar pull-ups.
In that sense:
5(chest to bar) pull-ups could be considered enough for most people to achieve a muscle-up.

I notice that most people who do muscle ups don’t have any lower body mass. But I have yet to see anyone who can do a muscle up that can squat anything near 2 times their weight.

As someone who could do 15 pull-ups and pretty heavy weighted dips at one point, honestly the only way to train muscle ups is to keep trying. The explosiveness can only be trained by doing it.

I still don't get why I can't do even ONE chest to bar pull up when I can do like 5 sets of 10 regular pull ups.

i can do 12 regular pull ups but no chest to bar what do i do?

If you do chest to bar slow you still won't be able to, just add explosiveness and anything more then 4 is enough for muscle up, at that point you should just pull up and don't stop then forward when you're up and it will happen

Someone's says that requires 10 or 15 pull ups and 15 or 20 dips to start performing muscle ups🤔

What if I can do 5 chest-to-bar pullups? I can do that pretty easily, but I've never tried a muscle-up

I honestly don't think I have the flexibility to go chest to bar. I can barely pull a bar to my chest with no load on it. It needs to be pushing down like during a press.

I got my dips crazy strong so for some reason the pulling is harder than the dip motion

5 chest to bar pull ups will only make you guy's strong enough for dynamic muscle ups where you need momentum and kip but it isn't enough for a strict muscle up.
