I`ve done this yesterday with resistance bands tied at my back + holding 1kg weights on both sides. Today my muscles are sour and I walk around like a zombie xD Thank You for ur high quality content !

Thanks J, fell off the wagon (training wagon) for a about 12 months and now I'm back on it, done this today and I have done about 6 other of your videos in the last 10days plus other things and I have lost 5lb in that time, thanks for your time and help ❤️

That was a tough one. I have bad knees so any of the deeper lunge/squat moves I subbed jump rope in. Killer workout!

My favorite workout!!! This is my go to on days when I'm not running miles. It was challenging to do at first. I thought it was the most difficult workout I've ever done. But now....it's one of the best things I've ever done for myself. This workout produces incredible results!!!! It's the best!
