Every DAILY & WEEKLY you should do to make gold

Establishing a routine in Guild Wars 2 can have its benefits. It helps you define your goals, which will help you decide what content to focus on. It can greatly increase the amount of gold you make, sometimes even with little to no effort.

In the video I go over every vendor you want to visit daily, which account bound materials to craft, and what Gizmo's to get. As well as how you can decide which Open World Meta Events to complete, and even what Daily or Weekly Strikes, Fractals, and Raids can do for you.

I do have a few tailor made routines that I made myself, I briefly explain my 2 most important ones, one of which helps me craft Generation 3 Legendary Weapons.

My biggest problem with making gold is staying motivated to keep making gold even though i have plenty and dont want to spend it lol

in my opinion that arena net is adding so much dailie dependencies is taking a lot of fun out of this game. almost everything is based on a dailie reset.

Very good guide!!
Always good to see possible daily routines of people!
Nonetheless one must remember…to do all of that every day takes many many hours!!
I am most of the time happy with just doing daily wizards vault (weekly of course too), do converters, home instance and farm my alt characters
And those I position for which project i need it most
Right now its the big chests in EoD that net jade runestones and JP in draconic mons for ectos
But thats because i work on the next gen3 leggy and ectos are always good to do
I also do the weekly raid full clear and also Soto strikes from time to time for daily and weekly for green shards (the 10 mystic coin are too valuable not to get…)
But all in all i cant farm regularly because of a taxing job and family but i play in my routine for maybe…15-20 minutes/day (weekly excluded of course)
And thats most important…not get burned out and having fun 😊

In verdant brink you can also do a mussel farm to get freshwater pearls you use to craft minstrel trinkets that sell for over 10 g on the trading post

Just a note about the vasburg armoury crypt mini dungeon- you can cheese the first section with skyscale. Walk backwards towards the little cubby and your "mount disabled" icon will disappear. You can then skyscale up and fly to the amber runestone even though the mount disabled icon returns. You used to be able to cheese the 2nd section with skyscale as well but they seem to have fixed it.

And for anyone reading, as Phandrel said, you don't have to do everything listed in the video, pick whatever suits your schedule. For myself I'm too lazy to tag all hero points daily so I only do whatever's near a waypoint when I feel like it.

That's an . . . interesting build you're playing at 6:45. Gotta love all the condis applied by throw mine XD

Awesome video though! 10/10 tips if one has 12 hours a day to play :P

I have a daily routine. Farm my toons first then my home instance. Of course my daily for chest and ap's. What i call my trifecta. Pinata then Gerent and finally Auric Basin meta. That is my morning routine. I have built great friends along the way. Evening i am free for strikes or other metas like inner nayo.

I’ll be looking forward to the gen 3 farming update we’re talking about. I’ve recently returned to the game seeing new Lego weapons and variants makes me want to grind for one

That is so random, I was literally standing by the Drizzlewood vendor when you started talking about keys, and it was the first time I've actually seen them to buy on the vendor (still a bit of a Drizzlewood newbie). But good advice, I'm sure the video is going to get me doing more things to!

I´m genuinely impressed how many players GW2 has! Even after such time after launch (which I didn´t missed and it was awesome time). I´m returning player after two years of hiatus - managed to burn out while getting gryphon (which was my absolutely top favourite and I just wanted to get him). I only had few problems - bad build and bad gear to manage harsher parts of story, levelling smithing to get that better gear, get gold and so on. But I made it! SkyScale was terrifying to get in S4. So I took peak into new expansion...and this was my chance to get the dragon! Luckily, it took me "just" 6 days, becuse I was loaded from events and grinding. And weirdly enough, had fun.
Thanks for this handy guide! I will probably need gold for upcoming grind of professions and so on.

I find myself going in and out of Guild Wars a lot, but your channel always makes me motivated to come back, so now I've decided to get back in again.

I may have a recommendation for a video idea. I've played on and of since Heart of Thorns came out and since I've been playing WOW for 16 years now I really like the idea of "fashion-wars" or transmog as they call it in WOW, but I've never really understood how to look up gear sets, cool weapons etc like I do in WOW. So my question is, maybe you could make like a fashion-wars guide for new players / returning players like myself? I do kind of find it off-putting to play the game when my characters look so much worse than everybody else's haha, looking good is important.

Can't wait to see what you have in store for us in 2024, much love my friend!

Another great video. Been doing this daily for the past couple weeks and definitely feeling the benefit. Thank you for making a video on it as well!

As always, keep an eye on the prices on the fast farming site - things like buying deeply discounted fractal keys AND buying the chests is profitable now, but didn't always used to be, so it might become unprofitable as more people buy chests and the chests go up in price.

just wanted to check in on gw2 coming back to the game after a year...watching your video...thinking....do you have enouth time for sleep just finishing the dailies?
but then i remember that feeling of missing out on this repetitive daily grind or feeling forced to do it...made me quit the game many times.
what i will do when comming back...never again farm the home instantce or any repetitive stuff,
and not caring about getting this or that. it made me quit and burn out before.
think i will get some sets for wvw and pvp, ..and just play freely with fun and where my mood leads me not where homework is to be done.

Great video, though I wonder how long it takes to do this daily. You might also know this, but worth to point out: if you're farming Gen3 legendaries, you could consider adding Dragonstorm + Drakkar + Aetherblade Assault (+ Levi if lucky) into your daily routine. These are events in quick succession that take about 40mins of your day if you have the time - that's extra Ambergris and chance of Draconic Lodestones.
