Should I Eat Fruit If There’s A Mouldy One In The Mix?

You buy a carton of strawberries, blueberries or tomatoes, and you find mould growing on one fruit. It seems a waste, even overkill, to throw it all away. How safe is it to eat the rest of the seemingly-unaffected fruit?

#TalkingPoint finds out if it makes a difference whether the fruit is dented or not, and if it’s washed or cooked. And why, if it’s a piece of bread, say, instead of fruit, you should just throw the bread away.

At this point I don't buy bread. Because you buy it and its fine.. but after 2-3 days it has mold and I just throw the whole thing I would literally need to go buy new bread every 2 days. No thank you. I'd rather NOT buy bread at all.

1:53 that whitish soft product is not bread, maybe a very distant relative of bread

Mouldy bread slices can still make great croutons, just remove the mouldy bits, heat the oven, put some fragrant oil, put the cut bread in, half way through turn them around . This way you can use it for bread crumbs or in soups.😁
Make sure you wash your hands though.

Stay healthy. It depends, so take a closer look, a more differentiated view is better. 🙃🙂
