I have the iPad Pro and my screen has frozen for some reason. I can’t get my iPad to turn off or reboot. I even called Apple but the guy just said I probably have to get it repaired. I turned volume up and down this morning but now those buttons are frozen too

Does any SIM card work, you simply take one out of your phone and put it into your iPad ?
