I did everything like the video said to do. When I click the photo button. Nothing showed up on the bottom of the screen. Why was that? No import button.

My SD reader/transfer works on “Photos” with every iphone, ipad I have EXCEPT the ipad PRO, many people complaining about this and there doesn’t seem to be a solution out there…

I have iOs 14. When I put the dongle with lightning connector into my ipad mini 5 it does not say import or import all. It says "No photos to import". I know there are several
jpeg photos and one mp4 video. Help.
