I’ve listened to so many videos on youtube relating to anxiety and yours hit home in the way that no others did. You help me trigger the rational side of my brain that goes into hiding during my anxiety attacks. Thank you ❤

True, but what starts out as fun can become highy uncomfortable if lasting long enough. Those sensations dont last for hours on end, days on end, weeks/months on end. Sitting in a rollercoaster for 10 hours a day...very different haha.

But I definitly agree that the resistance to the uncomfortable feeling keeps it alive. The convinction that it shouldnt be there/that its maldaptive causes your attention to be drawn to it, your focus or the oh no/oh shit sensation keeps it alive, for me atleast. Work in progress. Learning to shift my attention to what I am doing/need to do (call it meditation) is helping allot.

It's definitevely not enyojable when it wakes you in the midlle of the night😆. That big whooosh panicky feeling.
