I am diagnosed with ADHD, and after watching this video, I think I might also have anxiety. Having ADHD sucks, but when combined with anxiety, it becomes really challenging to act like a normal person and everyone thinks you’re a weirdo

Something that wasn't really mentioned in this video is that a recent study has shown that ADHD can be divided into two categories, Impulsive and Inattentive. Some people can also fall under both or have a main side with characteristics of the other. This study combined the idea of ADD and ADHD causing ADD to fall under the category of ADHD as a whole. If you're interested in this topic, I recommend doing your own research into it. Could it be possible if there could be a video made on the topic of hyperactive ADHD and inattentive ADHD? :D

As a person with severe anxiety, something I learned is to uplift yourself. I have been talked about in so many negative ways that I started to believe it. But if you stay true to yourself and stay there for yourself. You’ll be able to overcome ANYTHING! We can be anxious from our past but we can practice Being confident for our future!

THANK YOU! My fiancée (who I'm marrying in 3 weeks) has ADHD, and I have many symptoms of anxiety, so I feel like I've been waiting for this video for years! I have always seen some odd overlaps between our symptoms and wondered why it sometimes looks like we have the same issue going on, when I know that I don't have ADHD like he does. This was a great video!

I'm diagnosed with ADHD and GAD, on top of my Autism, Gender Dysphoria, Dysthymia, and Major Depression, so I feel the situations described in this vid all the way in my bones. Life is, to me at least, almost akin to an endless slog of torment and suffering, where I feel constantly attacked or at war with everything even if I want to just sleep.

This made me realise that I don’t have anxiety, but it has strengthened my thoughts about having ADHD. Thanks for the insight!

this video really helped put things in perspective for me! I've been contemplating whether I'm experiencing ADHD or anxiety for a while now, and these helped a lot. I'm going to talk to my healthcare providers again and see what steps we can take to move forward

I have diagnosed with both. my anxiety can make me worry that I don’t have ADHD and just doing too much, while my ADHD during this entire video made me play it on 1.5x speed so i can pay attention. I still had to rewind cuz I wasn’t focusing on the content . Thanks for the video 🥰 It did give me more distinction. Having both can be hard to treat because some symptoms I can relieve (anxiety) but others are constantly there with short and minor relief occasionally.

This means a lot to me personally. I'm going to make a bet, that out of all family and friends, less than 4 will take the time to help raise awareness of Mental Health (PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health diagnoses) difficulties.

I've had a suspicion that I might have anxiety or ADHD for a long while now, but it never occured to me that I might actually have both. I show a lot of symptoms that were mentioned for both anxiety and ADHD in the video, so thank you for helping me to better understand the symptoms.

I just want to thank you for your videos! Because without them I don’t think I ever would have been properly diagnosed with ADHD!

This was helpful for confirming my suspicions are worth checking into more fully. I've suspected that I have adhd, dyslexia, anxiety and maybe even hsp (though that could be from the other 3). It's nice seeing the comparisons and contrasts.

I have a diagnose autism and also took a diagnose test of ADHD which I didn't know about until I told my parents about my symptoms and how they are quite similar to those of a person with ADHD. Back in the day I was not diagnosed with ADHD but seeing videos like this make me believe that there's a pretty good chance I have it
