Q How do I make myself want to do something I know I should do but don’t feel like doing?
A: For big changes, you often need coaching, accountability, investment & support. More in the video. By the way I finished my 8 week bootcamp last Thursday and I am still going strong. Just crushed a leg workout this morning! New habit is FORMED and I look forward to going to the gym every morning again! Yay!!

I am starting every day with the lovely face of this Doc! Her uplifting energy and radiant love speak to me like noone else. I hate when ppl fake health and act all happy but SHE is just the real deal❤ She is like the big sister you always wished for 😂 now I am no longer afraid of aging and the smoothies seem to make my early wrinkles go away. This is fantastic. Will be forever grateful to this wonderful person 😊

One of the things this nurse appreciates, is that you are honest and real. Even as health professionals, we are human. When the flares occur, I'm just like everyone else. I don't want to exercise, even though I teach my patients they should, even when they don't feel like it-b/c we know it helps heal. I have the knowledge, I just need help, a cheerleader if you will, to getting out of my head to push through the pain and go do it anyway. I'm so glad I've discovered you. TC, RN

You arecan amazing person no matter where you are..we LOVE you.. this is again a very timely video..as I keep dropping off the bandwagon..so resumed yesterday..motivation: by February 13th it should be 6 months that I WILL BE HEALED, same day as my 68th birthday..I have done it for a little over a year..time to get serious now

Question: I have RA, my sed rate is dropping (42 points in 30 days) is this from the Pharma or your hyper nourishment smoothie? How do you tell if you are making progress while on pharmaceutical?
