FUNCTIONAL DUMBBELL WORKOUT - with Coach Zach and friends

It's Monday, and you know what that means....back to work. Most people DREAD Monday mornings, but that not true here at Critical Bench. Today we have the opportunity to watch Coach Zach and the Crew demonstrate a functional fitness routine which is going to be perfect after this past weekend of having a little too much fun.
There are really only two types of weekends. There is the relaxing and vegging out at home weekends, or there is are weekends of traveling, pushing your limits, and being absolutely exhausted.
Either way, your body NEEDS to move today. The best way to do that is through some Functional Fitness. Movement is Medicine.

Functional fitness is the concept of training exercises that mimic movements the body will experience from day to day during activities of daily living. These exercises strengthen and prime these muscles creating a less likely chance of injury and add more athleticism into your life. Like being able to pick your kids up a little easier or dropping a few points off your golf game. Functional fitness will only benefit you.

We do our very best to keep these simple, fun and easy for beginner to the more advanced person.
