A simple meditation... but yet very effective! It got me thinking how beautiful nature really is and how much we don't even appreciate it anymore. It's things like this that get into your subconscious to get out into nature more and really appreciate what it has to offer! Thank you so much

I am 10 year's old and I am very smart. So the picture kinda look's like my backyard. With the grass in summer and snow in winter and flowers in spring. I do meditation a lot.

I've noticed that other similar videos have logos stamped on which is distracting. Thank you for not doing that. I found this one helpful.
