Maybe a week ago while I was training Brasilian Jiu Jitsu I injured myself. I thought the pain will fo away but yesterday after boxing training I felt huge pain in my back near my spine that is kind of radiating into my right rib cage on my back. I wonder whether it is a herniated disc or just muscle sprain, I have no pain radiating down to my legs, the pain is radiating to my right ribs and on the area of approx. 20-30 cm between my lowback and midback. I applied for a checkup but unfortunately I need to wait 4-5 days until the doc can examine me...until then I was researching some information and glad I found your channel! A lot of good information, good editing, everything explained very well. Just wanted to say thank you and you have one more sub. 😉

Hello Dr, I am 17 years old and I’ve been in this pain from last six months. I’m so exhausted it pains all day and all night. Even painkillers does not work ..
I really want a long-term relief as my life has just started. I want to live it fully as you said but I don’t know how to do that.
Please make a specific video how to get a long-term relief
Also, while getting up I am very conscious while sitting while laying
It’s always in my mind
And now slowly and steadily I’m going into depression
I don’t know whether should I live or die …and my life has just started and I have got injured. I have disc of L4 and L5 and S1
I am very serious about getting fit and leave my life fully without even thinking about this pain. I want to get normal. Please help me in getting normal.
Some doctors are suggesting me to go for injection, but I’m not ready for that because there are so many cases I have seen where they get paralysed etc

Great content and well presented! Question: do you have an opinion about using inversion therapy (via a vis Teeter Hangup) for de-compression oftentimes expressed as sciatica pain? I have one in my home gym, but I’m not sure it’s a safe doctor recommended tool.
