Herniating a disc was the worst thing that ever happened to me. Having back surgery was emotionally traumatic. I felt so alone and scared. That was 2019. I am now pain free and living a normal life. YOU can get there too! You will not be stuck in this pain forever!

I had am MRI, I have disc bludge in L4, L3, L2 and SI. I can hardly walk. My doctor is prescribing me one Mersyndol once a day. I’m totally F*cked. I haven’t left my home for 10 years. I try to draw or sew and my fingers and thumbs are numb. Please help, I’m almost ready to give up. I’m worthless and have no life. I’m 52 and feel like my life is over.
