Dropping a note of gratitude, Meredith. I started working out with you a week into a knee ligament injury. I was wearing a cast and could hardly walk, but wanted to stay healthy as my body was craving movement. Your workouts have helped so much. 5 weeks after the injury, I am now able to do some movements while standing up and actually feel stronger than I did before the injury. Thank you. I did this abbreviated stretch this morning before a big 9 ball tournament in Shibuya, Tokyo. Keep your fingers crossed for me and I'll get back to you with the results after the tournament is done.
