In this session, we are going through some great range of motion and stretching routines.

It’s always important to take our flexibility and range in our movements into account when we think about our health and fitness. Our range in movement is the foundation of physical fitness.

Having great flexibility is important at any age and can be worked on in any workout. It’s also a great idea to go through some stretching routines after your main workout just to loosen up the body again.

If you’re looking for a great cool down routine then you can utilize the movements in this video as well.

As always only do what you feel comfortable with and never force something that may cause you discomfort.

So pull up a chair, get comfortable and feel well.

This session is a central part of my daily fitness routine. My pug lies on my bed and glances back and forth between Meredith and me. If there is even a slight pause, he glances at me as if he is my personal trainer and wants me to move it along. TV is not his favorite thing, except when Meredith comes on. These twenty minutes are special in every way. Thank you!

Meredith, I wanted to let you know that your BACK ON TRACK workout is perfect. It has everything in one workout from abs to ankles. The stretches at the end are just right for me. I continued your range of motion and stretching workout and yesterday I finished in 3rd place in a 9 ball tournament in Meguro, Tokyo Japan. That isn't bad..but Sunday, I'm going against 192 other players throughout the Kanto region of Tokyo.

Great chair workout, you incorporated many things I hadn't seen emphasized in other senior chair workouts such as abdominals and getting up and down. Also, we have the same first name, which is fairly rare! I'm a new subscriber!

I so enjoy this one! A winning combo for me - this and then your advanced Kettle Bell. I like the pace of this routine - when I'm feeling wild strong I do the routine from my wobble chair, and add specific exercises for hand arthritis (too much crafting this holiday season leaves hands tender). Thank you!
