If you haven't discovered your passion yet that's okay. Be excited about learning new things you don't know you may be good at many things. Sometimes talent are hidden we just need to explore more about ourselves ❤️

I usually let my inner child inside come out and play when I am waiting for the bus to arrive in form of dancing, I consider that as a way to release some stress and it works for wonders for benefits :>

Yes, I truly admit everybody should limit social media. I still felt omitted by others and I wasted my time for hours scrolling for crap. Now I use more YT to search for channels like this one. I also look for history, music, culture and many more interesting topics. It is far better than spending time with people who need your attention and never pay you back.

Removing facebook and instagram from my life has single handedly improved my overall happiness lol!
One more thing I'd like to add is meditation. My emotional state has improved a lot, once I started meditating everyday! It doesn't have to be too complicated, just 1 minute a day is really helpful.

I am so happy and grateful that I can say I am implementing each one! I started this year writing each day and it has been an amazing feeling to release the day at night into the pages. I can be really hard on myself sometimes, but this video has shown me just how much I have grown.

You know I just disappeared from social media for more than a year.Enrolled for a music class.Started hitting gym.Joined a shooting academy.Got into swimming classes.
Not quenched with all these I joined a cycling group and used to discover new places along with them.Downloaded a lot of e-book apps and read both free and paid subscription.
Changed my look from a teenager to a masculine personality.Learnt the etiquettes to talk and respond to people.I practised techniques to lower and control anger.Learnt the value and importance of forgiveness for inner peace and sanctity.
Lastly I started working on self love.Regular visit to a saloon is a must.Facial, massage, hair conditioning and trimming is a must for a gentle look.A visit to a therapist for body massage and cupping for proper blood circulation and rejuvenation of muscles.
Overall now I am a complete package of oomph factor on whom people go gaga.

One issue with journaling would be the fear that someone will get ahold of the journal. For example, I can't keep a journal, because my mom would get ahold of it and instantly start to interrogate me about it

A suggestion for a subject for a future video - "When is it okay to give up?"

Be it due to terminal illness, crippling mental health issues, old age, or any other factors - Is there a point where someone should be "okay" and at peace with checking out? And how would you convey that to loved ones to not frame the narrative as a tragedy?

My 'musical instrument' is the vocal cords, I love singing and just haven't been able to for a while. I don't think most people realize it's an instrument

I've tried journaling, and it never really sticks

What did the author say at the start of the video, exactly 1st second, I listened it at least 10 times. It sounds like: "easy to goers" / "as it goes" or smth similar. Everything she says afterwards, does make sense and easy to digest. Thanks for promoting good habits!

Fun fact, I’m an underground musician. I love, love, love, musical instruments. I also do music therapy, which I love. I play piano, I sing, and I enjoy experiencing other musical instruments. I’m totally blind and autistic, so I play by ear. I do get on social media a lot, but that’s because my mom is at work, and when I don’t have therapy or staff to take me places those particular days, I do find myself watching videos and stuff like that. I’m working on finding ways to keep myself occupied, and I do have some things, like practicing singing and playing music, and I have a sensory space downstairs. But could I please have some more tips? I’m open to anything.
