But remember, you need to take a look at your diet too - eat less processed food and drink less sodas. Eat more fresh, single ingredient meals and drink plenty of water throughout the day, if you really want to see results.

I like that these videos are short. It's intimidating for me when I see long videos. I have to first start off small & build up my stamina.

I love your short videos and the exercises you do. I just started your free 7-day weight loss plan with the meals/exercise. If I sit too long, I will get up and do a short video and after I eat, I do a short video. I have only been doing 3 days and I feel great.
These exercises are great for older adults. Not so ruff on the joints and body. Thanks for the free 7-day weight loss plan. I even loss some stubborn weight around the middle.

I really like this, as although I'm quite fit, I think it's great that we can enjoy the exercise moves, without feeling rushed to move on to the next one (if that makes sense) ❤ xxx

Wow! I did this workout & I can feel it's working on my muscles I haven't used for years.

In 2020 my doctor put me on meds that caused me to gain weight & have diabetes. I've been following JJ Virgin on YT. I suggest you look her up. But your workouts are REALISTIC, especially for beginners.

I bought the magnesium and vitamin c and D. Does it matter if I got gummies in everything and will it help with your Meno belly? Also doing these exercises?
