Thanks for posting this video, I had to have an operation on my right elbow about 15 years ago for this. I'm now getting symptoms in my left hand & I'm hoping to avoid another operation.

I am having issues sleeping at night, I cannot bend my arms when sleeping because I get this weird pain in my elbow area and then my fingers or hand will start to tingle and go numb.. I have had to keep my arms from bending. I started noticing it around the time I was having issues with my shoulder (the same one I sleep on as a side sleeper) and just thought it was my shoulder… I saw a doctor not too long ago and he didn’t offer much help, just said to keep my arms straight and recommend the tubes inside toilet roll! It had been months before I saw the doctor so him recommending I do what I already was doing was really annoying. He told me it was a trapped nerve and it will fix itself over time (like months of this wasn’t already enough!) he never bothered recommending exercises like this at all! I have Ehlers Danlos and so as time goes on I’m having more issues with my joints so any little helps! Wish I could travel from London to see you though!

The English tea exercise. You said it’s normal to feel a bit of tingling but then said to stop if you do. Which is it?

Hi, I armwrestle as a hobby and got injured when my hand was supinated palm up position and it went side ways (externally rotated). I felt something jerked or moved around my elbow and it has been 7 months and I still can't find the problem. The most pain comes when I try to internally rotate my arm while bent (45 degree and below) and/or with ulnar deviation and with wrist flexion. My entire hand and arm will shake with weakness when applying pressure this way. Could it be the ulnar nerve compression or tendon issue.

can Guyon's be caused by trauma to the neck? I had a fall about 4 weeks ago where I fell on my left side, hit my head on the cement but felt pain on the right side of my neck for 3 days. I didn't make the connection until I started doing the neck bending exercise you recommended when that same pain came back.

What would be the cause of pins and needles? Why is it an indication that the exercise should be stopped?
