During this practice we will focus on strengthening not only the front of our trunk, our abdominals but the whole circumference of our centre, the sides of our trunk and our backs. This was an absolutely brilliant program.! Usually core programs require a strong lower back and pelvis (even most of the pilates programs I have tried) but this had lots of support for the lower back through out and you still got a good core work out. I did the "lower back care" video before this and it's a perfect combination for strengthening and stretching the lower back. Thanks :) you have a fan in me

I have a funny story about this session. I thought that one of my smoke alarms was beeping and I looked all over my house to figure out which one it was. In the process, I discovered two alarms I didn't even know I had, both of which were missing batteries! So thanks for that accidental discovery. And of course, for the lovely workout!

this felt really good! i was surprised that i was able to do all the ab exercises without taking a break. but i guess my abs are getting stronger due to your videos! this was the first time that i felt really comfortable doing the sphinx pose. i think my front body is stretched out so i feel more relaxed in this pose. it´s a huge difference compared to where i was when i started doing your workouts. have a great day :)

This is one of my fave videos, Katja! Recently my friend visited and complimented me on losing some inches around the tummy😂She was so impressed that one evening she decided we should try out one of your videos together.
