Unlock your backbend/bridge while opening your shoulders, hips and spine with my follow along home workout. Learning to backbend is NOT easy, it takes consistent time and effort - I know, I've been working on my bridge FOREVER.

My goal is to touch my hands to my feet with ease. I want to bridge the gap between my cold mobility and warm mobility.

By training often I will one day touch my hands to my feet as my warm up ;)

I did this workout for the first time in April and I was able to do an actual back bend for the first time in my life this was so useful now I'm back here trying to improve on it some more ❤

I always tried to go into the bridge with the whole feet on the ground which was not good and now with your technique I did it instantly into a clean bridge position. Such a great feeling when all the little spine blockages solved.

I’ve been doing your basic calisthenics 16 min video roughly every day for ~2 months. Sometimes I try some of the other videos but i do the basic session by default to make sure I do SOMETHING. Every day… I finally tried this one after Id watched it through a while ago. It I’d very hard for a beginner. You have to be willing to just do your best with bends, and then just fight through it. This will require a lot of practice, but adding to my rotation is hopes I’ll see some improvement. Hoping I’m not in too much pain tomorrow afternoon! 😂 thanks for always keeping it light and reinforcing that no matter where we start / how we perform, we're making progress!

Wow - I finally did a back bend for the first time in my life. And believe me I’ve tried. This is such a great routine! I feel so good afterword.

Is it ok to substitute a blanket or foam roller for the dog during the thoracic extensions? I couldn't get my dog to stay in position
