I don't feel safe going back to my Boot Camp gym and honestly don't think I will after realizing how convenient doing it from home is. Found your channel recently and loving your workouts! They are intense, thorough, and I'm so grateful you don't repeat the exercise over & over again like so many others seem to do. I need lots of variety in a workout to keep me motivated & interested. I just ordered some adjustable weights so I look forward to trying your workouts that use those. Thanks guys, you've got me hooked!!

Such a great workout! Thank you, thank you, thank you for not repeating any of the exercises. It kept it very interesting. It’s difficult to find kickboxing workouts with no repeats. Loved it 👍 and will definitely subscribe
