I really like to see what potentially can come into our lives by letting go or as you said trimming parts of our self. (As a tree-worker I know, where you trim, will be growth..)
A vacuum will not persist long, something is coming to fill it, the length depends on how long we are holding on to the void.
I had people let me go recently and it was painful, now I feel the joy of connecting to new people with the caution of my freshly broken/open heart. It is a wonderful experience.
It is better to see where we have outgrown and trim it yourself then be forced by the outside world. At least then we can let go in dignity and self respect.

Thanks to give inspiration on this special day. (It's a new moon, just before the new year, when we start into a year of changes and transformation. For me it feels like a new chapter and this is the first step into something unknown. I love it. Exciting!!! :D )

So strange when we don't treat ourselves like someone we are responsible for the well-being of... I like the approach of treating ourselves like a younger sibling because sometimes it's easier to pay attention/give permission for fun to others if we have been suppressing that within ourselves for a while.

I have let go of something massive in my life. Complete zero contact with it. If I think about it I let that thought go. And now my power returns to me. I had it in my life for so long, I have become unaware of the galactic volume of space and bandwidth it occupied in my life. And now I’ve allowed that drop of water to return to from whence it came. I am free.
