I ran through my top 3 calf exercises that you can easily do at home and get some serious results. The biggest takeaways are that you can really leverage your own bodyweight or put your calf in an extreme stretch position to really create an intense contraction.

The deep squat calf raise is a killer. I just finished doing them and they worked my calf muscles better than any seated calf machine I have ever used. 👍👍

Holy crap bro I've been looking for a good calf workout for a while good thing I found you it looked so little but I didn't take into consideration to the body weight really takes a toll

The squatted calf raise hits the outer portion of the calves insanely. They've made my calves look very muscular from the front view.

For the inner calf, do them on a step with a slightly wider than shoulder stance, knees locked.
