In the beginning when you said to hold breath at the top my WiFi went out and I kept holding but then I was like... man this guys must be a free diver or somethin

BEST yoga instructor ever! You have the perfect mix of humor and attention to the small details, that I used to miss with other instructors. I'm going on 8 months of almost daily "Yoga with Tim" and am really starting to feel the results. Thanks!

I first fell in love with yoga during a 30 day challenge at a studio in my home town. And for the next two years I practiced at least 4 times a week. I was in great shape both mentally and physically. Yoga allowed me to move in beautiful shapes and created space for me to love myself. We had a big life change and since my yoga practice has been sporadic at best. And I've lost a bit of that strength and beauty. During this crazy quarantine I stumbled upon Tim's youtube channel and found the 30 day challenge. I'm on day 4 and feeling that space begin to open again. Thank you for creating these videos and for not editing your "commentary". It's charming and authentic. Cheers to the next 26 days.

Back doing this challenge after having foot surgery and being off for 3 mths. First time doing the challenge was 3 yrs ago during pandemic. Since then, I’ve followed Tim for my yoga practice. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

You’re my favorite “yoga guy” Tim! I’m only on day 4, but I’m realizing how important these foundation videos are. I’m loving how my body is feeling worked after these videos. You are reminding me how important it is to come back to these concepts and realign my practice. Looking forward to day 5! ✌️

I wake up at 5, left home 6.15 and just return 21.15. Now it’s 23.16!It take all my dedication to do yoga around half hour ago! Thank goodness it’s an easy one since I’m really tired. I’m flexible but have scoliosis. The yoga teachers forbid me kissing the knee n just straighten my chest. After years it become my awareness... thank you

I nanny a very hard to deal with 2 year old and found myself getting super frustrated and mentally tired throughout the day. I do your videos after work and they’ve helped me so much. I do these with my boyfriend and he too noticed a difference with my energy. Thank you 🙏🏽

My most favorite visualization for breathing in and out for relaxation and to release the sticky parts!!! TY, Tim...PS Don't EVER stop talking so much. I live your humility and your lack of ego. You are always willing to laugh at your own jokes :)
