I practiced astral project a lot when i was a teenager. I saw so much stuff it was incredible. Some scary moments and some beautiful moments. It even felt more real than reality. Now i want to do it again.

Perfect way to explain it. I am always terrified when I get sleep paralysis but Astral projection has always felt so calming and light.

I have a kind of crazy theory... What if when you astral project your soul gets out of sync with your body so you can float around the world and stuff and when you get sleep paralysis its because your soul got out of sync and stuck and shadow people are lost souls stuck in a limbo and when they sense your soul is out of your body they try to steal your body and replace you with themselves and YOU become a shadow person... That's just a little theory I had while I watched this XD
