We had an old priest who had a very bad back that gave us communion kneeling on the tongue regardless of his extreme pain. There is no excuse for this.

I saw this video of the Bishop refusing to give the Holy Eucharist to those wanting to kneel ....sad, very sad !

Everybody kneels at our church for communion, unless they can’t. We have great priests.

I have received communion at ~10 parishes in southern Louisiana. Only one priest complained about me kneeling for communion. He seemed irritated and told me to stand up, but he still gave me communion while I kneeled.

I do love to kneeling because I want to give glory to God, my priest here won’t let you kneel because his said that the community I said why, it’s not the community I’m pleasing I’m pleasing God I want to adore God.

Fortunately for us in Germany we have Polish people who kneel and with their reverence set a good example

Communion in the hand is an abomination, permitted under special indult that has gone further than it's original intent. Pray for the priests, never admonish them, but pray for them.

I go to the Traditional Latin Mass every Sunday or whenever our Priest is *allowed* by his superiors to give it. This is truly a war within the church to retain the traditional rites & is taking all we can give, both clergy & laity.

In our church if you want to receive Communion at the Communion rail, you receive it from an Eucharistic minister, which I won't do. Kneeling in front of the priest is hard for me because of my age, but I think receiving it while kneeling is much more reverent.
