Did you know the police didn't always have to read Miranda Rights? In fact, when they first started using them, they weren't happy. Now, they just have techniques to make people forget about them or sneakily get them to waive their rights.

Why would a person talk to a cop when he just explained that you have the right to keep your mouth closed and not incriminate yourself.
Just say in your head keep quiet don't talk or you will give him something to arrest you for so get a lawyer and talk through him to the officer

If you don't vote for pro liberty candidates for state legislature in your state primary, then you lose all of your rights, including your constitutional rights. I served 3 terms in the state. Legislature and perhaps 3=4% of Americans are still voting in the state primary to protect those rights.

When they detain you, you ARE legally " Arrested". Means the same thing. Just like giving name or I.D. when they ask without telling you what crime you have committed, R.A.S. Not, " we just want to talk to you", give us / me your I.D."

A lot of time they don’t even need to read them at all if they don’t need anything else to incriminate you, if you get caught with something open and shit like a substance or a probation violation they just put you in the car…I’ve heard

I called these things one time when I WAS ROBBED and I was repeatedly told "I'll be at your house in the morning to bring you in. I know you're lying. Shut up. I don't want to hear your B*** S***. You will be my B**** in the morning".

I've found that cops around here don't read your rights to you on arrest, and lie about it if you bring it up in court.

When police made up phony charges to arrest me, they didn't read me my Miranda Rights when I told them they didn't read me my rights, they told me they didn't have to, and that I didn't have any rights!
