If you have seen a single crime show or body cam footage, you will know how Miranda Rights are treated. They're treated like a silly formality and they're often read during a time of chaos like throwing someone in a cop car or while walking. Very rarely do we see a police officer sit a suspect down, read them their rights slowly, then make sure they understand their God-given rights under the Constitution. These rights are important to understand, otherwise, someone can get themselves in a world of trouble.
